Meditation for wellbeing

Meditation is essentially a simple process that can have a positive effect on a person’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Practised over time, a subtle shift in self-awareness can occur so that a person is not so much ‘hostage’ to unconscious habitual self-defeating patterns of thinking and is in a freer place to choose how to act for life rather than react to life.
